Care Management Graduate Scheme

Clece Care Services is a leading provider of care services in the UK, with a mission to improve the lives of individuals in their own homes. We are now recruiting for our Graduate Business Management Scheme, a two-year program that will provide you with the skills and experience needed to succeed in the care sector.

About the Scheme

The Graduate Business Management Scheme is a national program that will give you the opportunity to work across various departments, including Operations, HR, and Finance. You will receive full in-house training from our senior management team and have the chance to rotate between departments to gain insight into all areas of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in our office and develop key management skills, from rostering to reporting
  • Collect information and report findings back to the team
  • Develop into a future leader of the business through in-house training and external training tailored to your personal development

Requirements

  • On course for or have gained a minimum of a 2:1 in a business or management related degree
  • Interest in developing a career within Care Management
  • Superb communication and written skills
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Articulate graduate
  • Problem solver
  • Full driving licence
