About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Visitor Engagement Manager at Hampshire County Council. As a key member of our Countryside Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our visitors have an exceptional experience at Manor Farm, a busy family-orientated visitor attraction.

The successful candidate will have a 'can do' attitude, an outgoing personality, and excellent attention to detail. You will be required to work flexible hours, including school holidays, weekends, and bank holidays. If you have experience working with children, managing and motivating a team, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visitor experience at Manor Farm.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve the visitor experience.
