About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at 3Search, a leading digital marketing agency. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for driving digital growth and revenue through strategic planning, execution, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Own and drive net revenue, average order size, value, and conversion rate to achieve business objectives.
  • Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for our online stores, including product presentation, signposting, and engaging content to drive sales.
  • Analytics and CRO: Utilize analytical and CRO tools to unlock insights, build hypotheses, and test strategies to generate incremental revenue.
  • Technology Partnership: Collaborate with our technology team to design, develop, and deploy tools that support your objectives.
  • Product Launches: Work closely with our brand and commercial teams to execute product and collection launches.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to inform marketing and business strategies, and optimize activity to drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with ecommerce and CRO best practices, and provide expertise to the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience with analytical and CRO tools, such as Google Analytics and HotJar.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Shopify+ and common 3rd party applications, including Bloomreach and Global-E.
  • Analytical Background: Rock-solid analytical background with experience pulling data from platforms like Fospha and GA4.
  • Business Acumen: Great understanding of retail, ecommerce, and marketing businesses.
  • CRO Focus: CRO methodology at the heart of everything you do.
  • Commercial Experience: Proven track record as a commercial individual, with a deep understanding of brand and customer needs.
  • Intellectual and Emotional Intelligence: Balanced intellectual and emotional intelligence to drive business growth and team collaboration.
