Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Orchard Blythe care home. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care, companionship, and friendship to our residents while promoting independence in a safe and caring environment.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, supporting with medication, and promoting independence. You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

Requirements

  • Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
  • QCF/NVQ 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care preferred or a willingness to work towards this
