Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives, promoting their independence and dignity within a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care, respecting individual preferences and needs.
- A competitive salary of £11.50 per hour.
- 28-33 days paid holiday per annum.
- A comprehensive induction and ongoing training program.
- Free DBS check and uniform.
