Mencap is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Professionals to join our team in Cambridge. As a Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You'll work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

Your Role:

  • Provide personalized support with daily activities, fostering independence and well-being.
  • Build meaningful relationships based on trust, respect, and empathy.
  • Create a positive and encouraging environment that celebrates individual strengths and achievements.

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong connections.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with diverse needs.

Contract Options:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
  • Part-time: Flexible hours based on availability

Shift Times: All our services operate 24/7. We create rotas at least four weeks in advance, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
