As a Placement Broker, you will work closely with the placement or new business teams to design and place a wide range of industry business into the Regional, London and international insurance markets.

You will be joining a successful and diverse team at WTW, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in commercial insurance placement.

The role will be offered on a Hybrid basis and can be based in either our Leeds or Manchester office.

The Key Responsibilities


• Develop and maintain relationships with the insurance market to secure placements for UK and Global business

• Attend and participate in client, prospect and insurer meetings to discuss industry trends and market insights

• Provide expert analysis of the Regional, London and International insurance market to clients and prospects

• Identify and recommend suitable markets and placing strategies for new and existing business

• Collaborate with technical wordings and service teams to understand and articulate technical reviews and programme design

• Adapt quickly to changing workload conditions and requirements

• Develop a deep understanding of clients' and prospects' business needs and challenges

• Ensure ongoing compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures.
