As a key member of our National Contracts division, you will be responsible for inspecting, adjusting, and maintaining mechanical equipment to ensure statutory compliance.

About the Role

As a Pressure Vessel Engineer, you will be competent in carrying out inspection, adjustment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment. You will compile comprehensive reports and discuss any aspects that require attention with customers. You will also be aware of and able to discuss all aspects/product groups of Lloyds British.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspection, adjustment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment
  • Compile comprehensive reports and discuss any aspects that require attention with customers
  • Be aware of and able to discuss all aspects/product groups of Lloyds British
  • Carry out fault finding procedures, recognize defective items, and carry out necessary repairs effectively

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering Qualification minimum of HNC
  • Experience working with Pressure Vessel systems
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate in order to produce reports following inspections
