Position Summary

An exciting opportunity exists for a Lifting Equipment Inspection Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role, requiring 39 hours per week, with a competitive salary to be discussed during the interview process. In addition to conducting lifting inspections, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Load testing
  • Pull testing
  • Occasional destructive testing
  • Managing the rigging loft
  • Inspection of lifting accessories

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in the lifting equipment sector
  • LEEA certification is advantageous
  • Entry-level engineering qualifications, such as NVQ/City & Guilds, are preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with testing environments
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a practical mindset
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to share knowledge
  • While full training will be provided, prior experience in an engineering setting is desirable
  • Possession of a full UK driving license
