Your primary responsibility will be to provide temporary staffing solutions, including Healthcare Assistants and Nurses, to various care environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor the performance of candidates post-placement and gather feedback from clients.
  • Ensure job vacancies are promoted in accordance with company guidelines and communicated to all qualified candidates.
  • Actively contribute to team objectives and maintain personal performance metrics for evaluation.
  • Identify, interview, and onboard candidates, ensuring all necessary compliance checks and documentation are completed.
