- As a Quantity Surveyor with PACE Recruitment, you will work with a renowned main contractor in the luxury residential sector, managing high-end, super-prime residential mansions in Central London & Surrey.
- You will be part of a supportive office environment with a strong commercial team in place, including Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Buyers, and a Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement project strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial and progress updates.
