About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and naturally talented leader to join our team as an Automotive Shop Supervisor. As part of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the shop when the Manager is not present.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire the team to deliver exceptional results and maintain high standards of the shop
  • Lead by example and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare and manage our products, including making sandwiches and operating ovens
  • Ensure displays are fully stocked and visually appealing at all times
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environment
