Our client, a respected independent property agency, is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to enhance their thriving team. Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming rental inquiries
  • Coordinate property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Follow up on viewings and provide feedback to property owners
  • Maintain up-to-date information for available properties
  • Manage all incoming communications efficiently (both internal and external)
  • Address customer inquiries effectively
  • Focus on personal development
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
  • Pay attention to all Health & Safety matters, including reporting hazards and incidents
  • Establish tenancy files in accordance with established procedures
  • Process tenancy files following company protocols
  • Prepare all necessary legal documentation, including Tenancy Agreements
  • Efficiently manage diary appointments
  • Facilitate access to properties as needed
  • Complete internal checklists thoroughly and accurately
