We are a leading provider of residential addiction treatment services in the UK, with a purpose-built clinic in Northwich, Cheshire. Our team of experienced nurses, doctors, and therapists work together to provide high-quality care to our guests as they recover from addiction.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our clinical team. As a Delamere Nurse, you will work closely with our admissions and therapy team to provide person-centred care to our guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on career development and progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to guests in our residential addiction treatment clinic
  • Work closely with the admissions and therapy team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for our guests
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss guest progress and develop treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • 2+ years of experience in a nursing role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
