We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team, reporting directly to our Head of Program Management.

As a Senior Program Manager, you'll champion collaboration between internal teams to deliver exceptional creative solutions through meticulous planning and organization.

You'll ensure all workstreams are well-coordinated, on time, and within budget, while developing client trust and advocacy through effective planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a diverse range of projects with complex workflows and stakeholder management.
  • Create and manage project-level documentation, scopes of work, change requests, timelines, and resourcing.
  • Effectively manage multiple project timelines across multiple clients, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
  • Maintain and run financial reports, project management, and resourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as the project lead, anticipating their needs and maintaining key status reports and master timelines.
  • Analyze client challenges and briefs, asking the right questions to understand full requirements and set project plans in line with budget and processes.
  • Use knowledge of business operations to drive efficiency and profitability of projects, while ensuring the highest level of creative output.
  • Support the PD/HOD to ensure accurate and timely budget management across projects, and provide accurate forecasting and burn reports.
  • Advise the Client Services team on time and resource requirements for projects, enabling effective client negotiations.
