Position Overview

Employment Solutions Ltd is looking for qualified Electricians to join our team for a long-term industrial installation project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical installations in industrial settings, particularly in the petrochemical sector.
  • Install electrical containment systems, including conduit, trunking, and tray work.
  • Execute the glanding and termination of cables within a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications

The ideal candidates will possess:

  • JIB Approval with a current ECS skill card.
  • Preferred certifications in Compex and Electrical Testing (2391 or equivalent).
Work Schedule

This position requires:

  • 5 hours of work from Monday to Thursday.
  • 6 hours on Friday.
  • 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a PAYE-only contract with the following benefits:

  • Accrual of holiday pay on top of the hourly wage.
  • Site bonuses and travel arrangements as per NAECI guidelines.
  • Covered travel and accommodation benefits according to the NAECI Handbook.
  • Potential incentive bonuses based on attendance and quality assessments.
Pay Structure

Hourly Rate:

  • £15 per hour PAYE (including an hourly site bonus of £2.64).
  • £66 per hour PAYE for weekend overtime.

Daily Rate: £48
