Job Description

We are seeking a professional and experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our growing Health & Safety team. As a key member of the team, you will assist the business in implementing and monitoring Health & Safety strategies, procedures, risk assessments, and safe working practices in line with our Global Safety Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Action any safety concerns raised by employees, managers, or visitors.
  • Assist in the investigation of incidents and facilitate necessary steps to prevent reoccurrences.
  • Support the development of training programs for employees.
  • Monitor and report on Health & Safety performance data.
  • Stay up-to-date with current Health & Safety legislation.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all departments.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge and understanding of incident investigation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels within the business.
