We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agronomist to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our agronomy business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical advice to our clients, promoting a wide range of well-respected products, and delivering a total solution for our mixed farming client base.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales team to promote our products and services, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and service.
  • Collaborate with our research and development team to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations.
  • Develop and implement effective business plans to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Strong practical background in agronomy, with a deep understanding of mixed farming systems.
  • Relevant degree in a related field, such as agriculture, horticulture, or a related science.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Scotland.
