Renal Dialysis Nurse

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking a new challenge in renal dialysis nursing? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care.
About the Role:As a Renal Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury. You will work autonomously, assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans. Our dialysis unit operates 12 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 27 patients, in partnership with Morriston Hospital Swansea – Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for dialysis patients
- Work autonomously, responsible for the assessment and care of patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
