Accounting Role at Clark Wood
We are working with a well-established and supportive small firm of accountants as they seek to grow their team with the addition of an experienced accounting professional.
As an accounting professional in this firm, your day-to-day role will involve engaging with a diverse range of clients, preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax compliance work for limited companies and partnerships, and reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns.
The firm is based in a modern office with plenty of parking, offering a highly competitive salary and ongoing training and support, including biannual reviews with a business coach to enhance your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounts and compliance work
- Handle various tasks from company secretarial duties to different taxes
- Use QuickBooks and/or Xero for accounting tasks
Requirements:
- Fully AAT qualified / ACCA or ACA Qualified
- Experience of working in practice is essential
- Proficient in dealing with limited companies and partnerships
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or Xero
