We are currently seeking to appoint a Credit Controller who will be tasked with overseeing a segment of the sales ledger, fostering and encouraging prompt customer payments, while acquiring invaluable experience across various sectors of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Credit Controller, your duties will include reaching out to clients regarding overdue payments and coordinating with branches on order releases. You will manage all inquiries related to your section of the ledger, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in credit control, preferably in a B2B setting
- Excellent customer service abilities and a confident telephone demeanor
- A calm and rational problem solver who recognizes the significance of the credit function in the successful operation of the business.
