Job Summary
Michael Page Finance is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team in Whiteley. As a specialist financial services business with a global presence, they require a skilled professional to manage their accounts payable process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage multiple bank accounts, including daily cash management tasks and reconciliation of payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to review and implement new payment platforms and processes.
- Develop and maintain beneficiary templates for regular suppliers and investors.
- Investigate and resolve payment reconciliation items in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the Operations Team.
- Proficiency in banking platforms and payment systems.
- Ability to analyze and improve existing processes, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
