About the RoleAnti-Slavery International, a leading international non-governmental organisation, is seeking an experienced Philanthropy Manager to lead their major gifts and foundations strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing individual major giving and trusts and major donor fundraising programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a major gifts and foundations strategy to engage, retain, and inspire loyal supporters and partners.
- Secure five or six-figure+ multi-year restricted and unrestricted funding from high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and foundations.
- Build strong internal relationships and work comfortably alongside senior stakeholders.
- Lead and develop Anti-Slavery International's trusts and major donor fundraising programme.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of securing significant funding from high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and foundations. They will also have experience of working within an international development/human rights organisation and share Anti-Slavery International's vision to end slavery.
