About the Role

The University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant in Neurology to join our team. As a key member of our neurology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnosis and Treatment: Provide accurate and timely diagnoses and treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders.
  • Clinical Management: Ensure the effective management of patients attending the neurology department, including referrals and transfers to other specialists.
  • Team Management: Participate in the management of the neurology team, including professional accountability for non-consultant staff.
  • Audit and Quality Improvement: Contribute to the audit process and ensure adherence to departmental, Trust, regional, and national policies.
