We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Healthcare Assessor (Zero-Hour) in our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of aspiring healthcare professionals.

Purpose of the Position: As the Healthcare Assessor (Zero-Hour), you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality training program that ensures timely completion of assessments, reviews, and overall achievement of required quality standards. Your role extends to supporting learners throughout their journey, providing constructive feedback, and preparing them for the Diploma and full L3 Apprenticeship standard of Senior Healthcare Support Worker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the work of learners in both virtual classrooms and workplaces, adhering to guidelines and set timeframes.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners, ensuring a professional and relevant approach to qualification advancement.
  • Conduct reviews with learners and line managers, monitoring progress and liaising with the Programme Manager.
  • Visit various sites and locations as required, contributing to the overall success of the training program.
