Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of conventional and addressable fire detection systems
  • Maintenance of emergency lighting systems
  • Maintenance of natural smoke ventilation systems
  • Fault finding and repairs to the above systems
  • Assist clients and regional team with technical issues
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours when required
  • Provide assistance and training to other team members as required
  • Ensure you operate in line with our company's vision, mission, and values

Skills & Experience

  • High level of experience in the fire industry
  • Excellent technical knowledge of fire systems
  • Systematic and logical approach to tasks and problems
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Presentable in person and in vehicle and tools
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Aware of and responsible for the equipment required to complete the necessary works
  • Good knowledge of London and the home counties postcodes
  • Good customer service skills, ability to motivate staff and colleagues, and lead by example
  • Ability to think laterally and 'out of the box'
  • Prompt and consistent time keeping
