About the Role

BMC Appointments Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of infrastructure in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage house plot foundation and superstructure design, ensuring compliance with British Standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical support to construction teams, visiting sites to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and provide expert advice on structural engineering solutions.
  • Work on projects of all sizes, primarily for private, social, and residential housing providers, as well as sectors including commercial, industrial, leisure, education, and student accommodation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Proficiency in leading a team, designing to British Standards, and driving projects from conception to completion.
  • Expertise in various materials and state-of-the-art design software, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
