We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant secondary school in Swansea. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping to meet their individual learning needs.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored educational activities and resources.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their confidence, independence, and social skills.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with ASD, is highly desirable.
