Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the catering team at the sites you are assigned to
  • Preparing high-quality, delicious meals that satisfy our clients and customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the modern kitchen and dining areas
  • Ensuring proper use of kitchen machinery and equipment
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
  • Completing weekly administrative tasks and reports
  • Managing stock levels and placing orders
About You
  • Experience as a chef manager is essential
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Flexible in adapting to varying work hours and environments
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Valid driving license and vehicle access are mandatory
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental principles
  • Take pride in your work and be adaptable to support all services on-site
  • Driven by a passion for quality and service excellence
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of self-management and efficiency
