About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at South Coast Nursing Homes Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective running of our care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the manager in ensuring compliance with regulation, legislation, and policy relevant to the sector.
  • Organise and supervise the care team to deliver high standards of care and dignity to our residents.
  • Develop the care team through mentoring, supervising, and assessing competency.
  • Foster relationships with families to keep them informed of changes to residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience and a Social Care Diploma or NVQ level 3.
  • Ability to work every other weekend.
  • Access to pay as you earn it.
  • Paid breaks on full shifts.
  • Free uniform and DBS.
