Job Summary
Pembury Legal is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our compliance and risk management strategy.
About the Role
- Contract Management: You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and licensing agreements.
- Legal Advisory: You will provide guidance on commercial contract issues, data protection compliance, and stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory changes.
- Training and Development: You will conduct training sessions on contract management and procurement, and mentor junior legal team members.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE experience in risk management or as an in-house lawyer.
- Strong background in commercial law, particularly in procurement and contract management.
- Solid understanding of data protection legislation.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, including SRA Standards and Regulations, is desirable.
