As a Senior Underwriting Operations Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Underwriting Operations services and performance to our Marine and Aviation underwriting teams. You will oversee the performance of Underwriting Operations Technicians and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure they are meeting their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting line responsibilities as defined by the Group Head of Operations
  • Oversight of the performance of Underwriting Operations Technicians
  • Conducting end of year and mid-year performance reviews
  • Responsible for providing training to new joiners
  • Monitoring of KPIs
  • Oversight of KPIs ensuring all tasks are completed within SLA
  • Daily monitoring of Underwriting Operations Dashboard
  • Assisting the Group Head of Operations with the delivery of the Underwriting Support Model
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as an Underwriting Operations Assistant and a strong understanding of Underwriting Operations principles. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
