- Promote equality, diversity, and the rights of our pupils to be treated with respect and seen as learners.
- Place emphasis on support and empowerment for our pupils.
- Promote a greater understanding of Special Education issues and uphold the school ethos.
- Provide high-quality support in all aspects of the role.
- Participate in physical intervention and personal care routines, if required.
Requirements:
- Relevant professional or personal experience in SEN is required for this role.
- Ability to provide support in various learning contexts.
- Strong understanding of SEN and its impact on pupils.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
