Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wind Turbine Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational integrity and safety of our onshore wind turbines throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a small team to maintain and repair generation assets.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Formal qualification in electrical or mechanical discipline (minimum NVQ level 3).
  • Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and repair.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Creative and self-motivated with ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently with remote management and take responsibility for project delivery.
