The successful candidate will oversee a team of up to five accountants, managing a broad portfolio of up to 250 clients with turnovers up to c. £10 million. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, qualified Audit Senior or Assistant Manager who is confident in providing exceptional customer service, managing and inspiring a team, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors.
- Deliver high-quality audit files, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Collaborate with Partners to attract and retain clients and strategically lead the development of the firm.
- Provide constructive mentorship to junior team members.
- Identify and implement processes to enhance the efficiency of the audit function.
- Establish professional relationships with clients, adopting a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Offer innovative solutions and a positive mindset.
