Regional Lead Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Lead Nurse to join our team, responsible for ensuring the quality of care and safety of our clients and carers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support Nurse Case Managers within the region to ensure all care is safe and quality-driven.
- Hold a small caseload while supporting the growth of the business with assessing and onboarding new clients and delivering clinical training when required.
- Work closely with the Regional Care Manager to ensure an integrated approach to care delivery through operational and clinical teams.
- Build strong relationships with commissioners and community multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead and manage the Nurse Case Managers, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Proven experience as a senior nurse leader in a home healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical expertise and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
