Key Responsibilities:
- Provide menus, take patient orders, and assist with dietary and allergen inquiries.
- Prepare and serve refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Maintain cleanliness in ward areas and ensure the kitchen is ready for the next service.
- Collaborate with ward staff to meet patients' needs promptly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by prioritizing patient satisfaction.
- Maintain awareness of food hygiene standards.
