Job Responsibilities
As a Hospitality Associate, you will represent our establishment, warmly welcoming and entertaining our guests to ensure they feel valued and cared for. Your enthusiasm for customer service will be pivotal in crafting a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will embody the essence of hospitality, striving to create a lively and engaging atmosphere that surpasses our guests' expectations.
Your role will include:
- Demonstrating a customer-centric approach, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience that encourages their return.
- Being knowledgeable about current promotions and offerings to assist customers in maximizing their visit.
- Proactively delivering friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, only presenting products you take pride in.
- Being aware of daily and weekly targets and contributing positively towards achieving them.
- Exhibiting a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, responding positively to all customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Restocking supplies to guarantee that customers have continuous access to products.
- Encouraging the use of Grosvenor Membership cards during every guest interaction.
- Promoting the Rank Omni Channel/Digital offerings through positive engagement with customers.
Qualifications
- Positive mindset
- Experience in a hospitality role
- (Preferred) Previous experience in a multifaceted position
- Passionate about delivering an unparalleled customer experience
- Able to collaborate effectively with the broader team
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable to change and open to new working methods
- Willingness to work shifts at any time, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Information
32 hours per week
Hospitality Associate - hourly pay of 11.94 plus premium pay of 1 between midnight and 6am.
Must possess full flexibility and be available for night and weekend shifts.
