Pensions Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Pensions Administrator to join our team at 2i Recruit Ltd. As a Pensions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in preparing documents, collating information, and performing various administrative tasks related to pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Preparation: Prepare all necessary documentation for consultants to present to clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Information Collation: Gather and organize information on prior schemes, including preparing first draft analysis of clients' other pension arrangements.
  • Account Setup: Set up scheme current/deposit accounts as required, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Transfer Coordination: Obtain transfer value quotes, organize transfers agreed by consultants, and follow up to ensure IR approval is obtained.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare first draft of the initial actuarial report, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Submission and Approval: Draft submission for approval of the scheme to the Inland Revenue, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Carry out all other administrative tasks on the establishment checklist, ensuring thorough completion.
