Head of Finance Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial and legal functions. As a key member of our executive team, you will provide strategic leadership and ensure compliance, effective financial management, and legal protection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and optimise our financial and legal functions
  • Provide strategic leadership and work closely with the executive team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain SRA authorisation
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service
  • Experience in a Compliance Officer for Finance + Administration (CoFA or HoFA) role would be desired
