Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Edenred PayTech. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and services, identifying and resolving defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products and services
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and best practices
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams

Requirements

  • Commercial experience in testing systems that incorporate micro-service architectures and web applications
  • Required experience in Java, automation frameworks (JUnit or Cucumber), BDD and TDD tools and techniques, data creation and curation, API and web services (REST), XML/JSON, SQL, working with source code repositories, DevOps practices and principles, AWS/Azure cloud services, working with large databases, Linux/Unix, Jenkins, Jira & Confluence, Docker, tools (Git, Maven, Apache Tomcat), ISTQB Foundation Certification (minimum)
  • Analytical approach to defect resolution and remediation
  • Well organized – able to plan own work and track progress against a plan
  • Strong communicator- written & verbal- able to explain technical issues and solutions to peers
  • Self-starter, problem solver
