As a Fire Alarm Systems Specialist, you'll be responsible for servicing Fire Alarm Systems to industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry-leading technical knowledge. You'll identify and rectify problems before they occur, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to exceed expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Service devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize jobs correctly.
  • Complete engineer work reports, handover certificates, and BSIA certificates as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry, such as 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, or FIA.
