Role Overview:
We are in search of an ERP Project Coordinator who possesses a robust technical foundation and extensive experience in ERP Architecture. This individual will be responsible for supervising and directing all technical facets of a significant ERP implementation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate project execution within the Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Oversee the technical execution of projects, including infrastructure, data migration, business intelligence, and interfaces.
  • Define team roles, establish objectives, and manage performance metrics.
  • Cultivate team motivation and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and maintain technical project timelines and schedules.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project progress and deliver regular status reports.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, ensuring adherence to project methodologies.
  • Ensure that technical deliverables align with business needs and maintain transparency.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular technical updates.
  • Lead weekly project meetings and provide updates on work tracks.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, PMO meetings, and project review sessions.

Technical Expertise:
  • Possess a strong technical background to guide systems and processes in line with the organization's methodologies and strategic roadmap.
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of architecture and infrastructure.
  • Communicate effectively with technical specialists.
  • Ensure that technical goals and deadlines are achieved.
  • Supervise data migration, business intelligence solutions, infrastructure, and interfaces.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Manage the scope and methodologies of data migration.
  • Collaborate with software vendors on technical engagements and support.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree and PRINCE2 Certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, data warehousing, business intelligence development, and data engineering.
  • Strong technical comprehension at the architectural level of ERP systems.
  • Proven track record in managing technical projects, particularly those related to ERP.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and articulate technical concepts.
  • Experience in delivering ERP projects.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
