Scope & Objective:

Experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Service Manager who will be responsible for the service management and maintenance of Oracle ERP SaaS capabilities, including Oracle Retail Cloud Services and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications , plus associated add-on applications, integration and ERP reporting, for my clients customer. They will ensure that services run smoothly and effectively for the applications, and will work to optimise these services over time.

The position requires extensive experience managing ERP systems, and specific experience of Oracle Retail Cloud Services and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP .

Leading an Oracle ERP Cloud Migration/Upgrade project....

Please note that this is a senior role, you must have the experience of leading such projects a few times in the past - starting from designing roadmaps for the migration through to designing the service transition to Managed Services team.

Services:

• Provision of subject matter expertise on the customers Oracle ERP SaaS capabilities, including Oracle Retail Cloud Services and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications, plus associated add-on applications, integration and ERP reporting.

• Coordination and oversight of maintenance, monitoring/response, first to fourth-line incident management and problem management processes for the Oracle ERP solution landscape.

• Day-to-day management of all 3rd Party Support partners , report on their service provided and conduct frequent, periodic performance reviews.

• Assessment of readiness for new Oracle releases and other developments to the Oracle ERP solution landscape to be put live and taken into service i.e., Service Transition .

Deliverables :

• Continuous service availability for all Business and Finance Oracle ERP users, with minimal disruption.

• Strong customer support capability for the Oracle ERP solution landscape through Service Design , and effective and ways of working with all resolver groups with responsibilities in the Oracle ERP solution landscape.

• Assessment of readiness for new Oracle releases and other developments to the Oracle ERP solution landscape to be put live and taken into service.

• Documentation / updates of Oracle ERP Service Management processes and ways of working.

• Comprehensive handover of the role and capabilities to a permanent Oracle ERP Service Manager resource .

  • Experience as an integration architect on retail ERP implementations
  • Must work during Eastern Europe working hours
  • Remote work but may need to travel adhoc - open for travel within EMEA
  • Strong written and verbal English skills required
