About the Role

The NSIP Consents Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing consenting strategies for major energy infrastructure projects. This will involve working closely with clients and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement consenting strategies for major energy infrastructure projects
  • Lead on client and partner communications for individual projects
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to complete development consent applications
  • Manage and maintain project budgets
  • Identify and escalate key risks, decisions, and issues to the Project Director and client
  • Ensure the quality of NSIP deliverables
  • Interface with project stakeholders, including engineers, land agents, and lawyers

  • A proven track record of supporting clients to consent large and complex NSIP projects
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the NSIP consenting regime
  • Demonstrable client management capabilities
  • An ability to win and deliver new work through existing and new client or partner contacts
  • Proven experience building, managing, and leading complex multidisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in developing strong external stakeholder relationships
