Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operative to join our responsive repairs team at Daniel Owen Ltd in Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in residential homes occupied by tenants
  • Utilizing an electronic handheld device to receive work orders and manage appointment schedules
  • Accurately diagnosing faults and determining necessary repairs
  • Providing out-of-hours support on a rotational basis

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (clean)
