Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Executive to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams to drive growth and meet targets. You will be responsible for empowering our financial advisers to utilize our digital resources effectively, providing guidance on product inquiries and online tools, promoting our range of support services, resolving service issues, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower Advisers to utilize our digital resources effectively, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Provide Guidance on product inquiries and online tools, ensuring that our advisers have the support they need to make informed decisions.
  • Promote Our Services to advisers, highlighting the benefits of our support services and encouraging them to utilize our resources.
  • Resolve Service Issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our advisers receive the support they need to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities, working closely with our sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

Key Requirements

  • Customer-Facing Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Financial Services Background: A strong understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record of success in a sales support role.
  • Professional Qualification: A professional qualification such as R01 or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Resilient and Proactive: A resilient and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our advisers and internal stakeholders.
