Vacheron Constantin Luxury Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Sales Associate to join our Vacheron Constantin Boutique team in Edinburgh. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets while building meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Boutique team to achieve sales objectives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a role model and nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads and build sincere and durable relationships.
  • Network to create sales opportunities and anticipate clients' specific needs.
  • Manage inventory quality and maintain exceptional selling conditions.
  • Ensure impeccable grooming standards and manage complaints and proactively follow up on the repair process.
  • Act as an Ambassador for Chisholm Hunter and the Vacheron Constantin brand.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with at least 2 years experience.
  • Action-oriented, assertiveness in negotiating and closing the deal.
  • Team player, positive and constructive approach.
  • Meticulous and highly client-focused.
  • Result and action-oriented.
  • Strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics, and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and another language is a plus.
  • Very good interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele.
  • Very good organisational skills.
