Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Early Years

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Reception class in the Tyldesley area of Wigan. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Provide one-on-one support for children and help maintain a safe and orderly classroom
  • Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall smooth running of the classroom
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 2 qualification
  • Experience of working with Early Years children
  • Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
