- Visitor Inductions: Conduct visitor and contractor inductions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Fleet File Management: Ensure all fleet vehicle files are maintained and accurate daily, providing critical information for fleet management decisions.
- Financial Administration: Carry out financial administration, invoicing, and raise purchase orders as required, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment.
- Previous Administration Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on fleet management or a related field.
